1. In-Store Direct Payment (Cash / Card Swipe)

If you prefer to touch, feel, and hand-pick your souvenirs, you are always welcome to visit ta concept stores in person. Here, you can easily pay via Cash, Bank Cards (Local ATM, Visa, Mastercard), or E-wallets.

This payment method applies to all our official branch locations:

2. Direct Bank Transfer (Prepayment)

This method is recommended for customers ordering online via our website/fanpage, those residing outside our Cash-on-Delivery (COD) service areas, or anyone sending a surprise gift to loved ones and friends.

Please transfer 100% of the total order value (including shipping fees, if applicable) to our official company bank account using the following details:

Transaction Safety Disclaimer:

To safeguard your funds, ta concept WILL REFUSE ORDER CONFIRMATION and BEARS NO RESPONSIBILITY for any risks arising from transfers made to personal or third-party accounts not officially listed here.

As soon as the payment is credited to our bank account, our Customer Care team will proactively call to confirm your order and schedule a specific delivery date and time. Delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days from schedule confirmation.

• Refund Commitment: In the event that an order is delivered later than promised without prior notification from us, you reserve full rights to request an order cancellation. ta concept will issue a 100% refund of the amount paid within 07 business days.

• VAT Invoice Note: In accordance with applicable laws, for corporate or individual orders with a total value of 20,000,000 VND (Twenty million Vietnamese Dong) or more requiring a Value-Added Tax (VAT) invoice, payment MUST be made via direct transfer to the Company’s Bank Account. Please notify our sales representative in advance to ensure accurate invoice processing.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For customers who prefer inspecting the actual product before payment, ta concept offers Cash-on-Delivery (COD) services subject to specific terms to optimize shipping operations:

• Scope of Application: COD is prioritized for delivery addresses within a radius of under 5 km from ta concept store locations, and applies to orders with a total value below 500,000 VND.

• Receiving Procedure: When the courier delivers the parcel, you have the full right to open the package and carefully inspect the condition and quantity of the items. Once satisfied that everything matches your expectations, you proceed to make the cash payment directly to the courier.

• Information Requirements: To ensure a smooth process, please provide accurate contact details (Recipient's name, active phone number, and detailed address). For special delivery cases (outside the 5 km radius or orders of higher value), our staff will call directly to advise and agree on the most suitable payment method with you.
